Hello Scout Families,

Trivia Night is scheduled for TBA and preparations are underway! There are a few items that we would like to mention as we get ready for this event:

• All troop members are needed to help on the TBA but also on Friday night the at 7 pm for set-up. There is much to do to get ready and many hands will make it go quickly!  

• We are always in need of donations both big or small for this evening.  Larger donations are used for the Silent Auction and smaller for door prizes. No items is too insignificant! Attached is a letter to give to possible donors that explains trivia night and how their donation will be used. Also, a thank-you note that businesses or individuals can use for tax purposes. Please feel free to use these letters!

• We would like to continue the tradition of patrols creating some type of service to donate to the silent auction. An example would be a group of scouts donating 2 or 3 hours of the their time to do yard work or spring clean up. Please encourage your scout to share ideas with their patrol!

• IT'S TIME TO RESERVE YOUR SEATS AND ORDER FOOD! Attached please find an order form that can be returned to make your reservation.  You can also reserve by emailing Carrie at the addresses below or at Tuesday's troop meeting.
